The Bachelorette: Could Tayshia Adams Be The Next Bachelorette?

When Clare Crawley of The Bachelorette season 16 ended her run on the show within two weeks of filming, Tayshia Adams was brought in as a replacement lead. Tayshia Adams found love with 36-year-old Zac Clark during her stint on the show.

The couple stayed together for just over a year before announcing their split in November 2021. While the breakup with Zac Clark is fairly recent, there’s a good reason why fans of the show think Tayshia Adams could be getting a second season.

During Michelle’s Young Men Tell All episode on Monday, December 6, Kaitlyn Bristowe pointed out that Tayshia was no longer wearing her engagement ring and asked what was going on in her relationship with Zac Clark . Tayshia then tearfully revealed that she is heartbroken and that they tried before they decided to end the engagement.

She had to walk off the stage to cool down after Rodney Mathews was called to the hot seat. The whole drama got mixed reactions. A lot of people didn’t like it because they felt Taysha was being unfairly asked painful questions. Viewers saw it as an opportunity for the producers of The Bachelorette to put things to the test, and here’s why they felt that way.

If Tayshia Adams ends up leading the second season of the popular series, she won’t be the first leading actress to do so. Brad Womack, the former lead actor of The Bachelor, was the first to have two seasons a couple of years apart. It’s possible that the same thing could be coming for Tayshia. Only time will tell if that’s the case. It seems, however, that fans would not be opposed to the idea, with many voicing their support for the “Bachelor in Paradise” alum.

With her separation from Zac Clark very recent and a new season of The Bachelor yet to air, it will be a while before fans of the show find out who the new lead is on The Bachelorette. If it’s Tayshia, she would be the first double presenter.

However, judging by the past few seasons, it seems that the producers have been trying to give some new faces on the show a chance to find love. Fans will have to wait and see if the newly unmarried Tayshia will get her season on “The Bachelorette” or if she will appear on another Bachelor Nation show.
