The Bachelorette Jed Wyatt Speaks On His ‘Bachelorette’ Experience

It’s been a hot minute since The Bachelorette fans were thinking about Hannah Brown and Jed Wyatt. Now, Jed has something to say about his experience with The Bachelor franchise, as well as his relationship with Hannah Brown- and his ex-girlfriend, Haley Stevens. So, here’s what the former contestant revealed on Instagram.

During The Bachelorette Season 15, fans of Bachelor Nation watched Brown fall in love with Jed. The lead actress gave her contestant the final rose. After that, Hannah Brown and Jed Wyatt got engaged. That said, it wasn’t exactly happily ever after.

On the finale of The Bachelorette, Hannah Brown revealed that Wyatt had admitted to having a girlfriend a week before the show. But he claimed they had broken up. A few weeks later, People interviewed Stevens and revealed a different story. According to Stevens, Jed told her that they would still be together after filming the show. “He told me that the show was just an obstacle and that we would come out the other side stronger,” Stevens said. “The hardest part was him ghosting me.”

Meanwhile, Hannah Brown broke up with Jed Wyatt on the finale of The Bachelorette. “I am not with Jed anymore,” Hannah Brown told host Chris Harrison in 2019. “The engagement’s over. We’re not together. That’s not what I said yes to.”

It’s been a few years since Hannah Brown and Jed Wyatt were on The Bachelorette. But on January 31, Dylan Barbour of The Bachelorette season 15 and Bachelor in Paradise season 6 called out the franchise during a Twitter Q&A.

“They need you until they don’t,” Barbour wrote in a since-deleted tweet. “Each person is a pawn in a larger scheme, and they don’t have the best interest of [the] contestants in mind. Mental health is not a concern. Several people develop problems after the show and they do nothing to help. They’re just fueling the hate.”

Then, in a turn of events, Barbour started talking about Wyatt. Barbour claimed that Wyatt was “the most screwed over by the production” during their Bachelorette season. He also suggested that Wyatt had not cheated on Hannah Brown.
