The Bachelorette: JoJo and Jordan Met on ‘The Bachelorette’

The stars of the past have talked about the challenge of going from dating on The Bachelorette to away from the cameras. JoJo Fletcher and Jordan Rodgers talked about the difficulty of not learning an important lesson in relationships on the show.

The Bachelorette: JoJo and Jordan Met on ‘The Bachelorette’

Fletcher was the star of season 12 of The Bachelorette. She quickly beat it off with Rodgers and gave him the first impression of a rose.

The season ended with the engagement to a Neil Lane ring. They are still engaged, but Rodgers proposed again with another ring. She placed a picture of her ring on Instagram with the caption:

“Yesterday Jordan asked me to marry him… again! I didn’t see it coming and I never expected it… I can’t put into words how much it meant to me @jrodgers11 … …but I think you know by now that I’m screaming hysterically and totally blacked out. The show brought us together and made us really great the first time, but this time it was all YOU. And that means everything and more to me. I can’t wait to marry you! Thank you for loving me so pure and protecting my heart in a way I’ve always prayed for.

The Bachelorette: They Didn’t Learn How To Fight

The couple admitted they were struggling in their first year after the show. They told Entertainment Tonight had multiple bad fights and arguments.

“You never get a conflict in the show. You really don’t. You might have a little bit and… but you never learn how to fight,” Rodgers explained. “And anyone who’s in a relationship knows you need to know how to handle a relationship conflict. We didn’t know how to do that, and we were on different worlds of how to deal with it.”

Fletcher explained how things turned out between them. “It was just that conscious decision, every time we got into a fight, took a step back and, yes, we love each other, but we have to respect each other too,” she said. “To this day… nothing is perfect! There are times when we argue or argue about something and we’re like, ‘Okay, we need to take some time here’. It’ll always be work, and I think that’s the last thing that makes a relationship possible.”

It sounds like the couple had to figure out how to make things work. Fans are gonna have to wait until they make a decision.
