Counting On: Jinger Duggar appears to be thriving in Los Angeles

Jinger Duggar and Jeremy Vuolo shocked fans when they first announced they were moving to the West Coast. Jeremy was planning to continue his studies in California – and we weren’t so sure how Jinger Duggar would adapt.

Given what Jinger publishes on her Instagram, she seems to love the City of Angels. And we saw her stray from some of the strict rules she grew up with. She’s completely elevated her style, and isn’t afraid to expand by trying new foods and participating in social events.

While Jinger gives the impression that she loves her new life, others question the authenticity of her Instagram.

“I’m sure he’s struggling a lot internally. Being deprogrammed by a sect is a long and painful process,” wrote one Reddit user. And another called it “a fish out of water.”

While Jinger Duggar is busy showing her fashion sense and all the incredible places she visits in Los Angeles, she also publishes a lot of content about her daughter Felicity. From attending soccer games to taking Felicity wherever she and Jeremy go, Jinger is not ashamed to share her life as a mom.

On January 30, Jinger posted a video of Felicity standing before her on the sidewalk.

“I often wish Felicity could stay this short forever,” happy mom named the post. “Every stage of her development seems to be coming so quickly, as she’s growing by leaps and bounds. We’ve gone from carrying her everywhere, to her wanting to take the initiative on our afternoon walks”. He then recommended all parents to “stop and guard every moment” they have with their little ones.

Counting On – Some of Jinger Duggar’s followers are over the staged content

While Jinger has many supporters, others think its content is too fake to be real life. The video of Felicity running in front of her looks perfectly filmed, while Felicity runs in front of Jinger in the frame as Jinger walks slowly behind. And some Reddit users are tired of the excessive presence of Instagram that Jinger Duggar stages.

“Felicity is ready to run away from being a baby Influencer. Let the poor child play in peace without a camera in her face,” commented one Reddit user on the video.

“They staged this with someone telling all the people when to walk through the frame looking blissfully unaware of the camera?”, another wrote. “Or did someone snap in front of them and throw themselves on the sidewalk with enough time to catch them with a blissfully unconscious expression?

We’re not sure if Jinger’s content will ever be as candid as Jill or Jessa’s. Although he has a few followers who disagree with his edited content, many others like to see what he’s doing in Los Angeles. And, of course, we’re sure he’ll make appearances in future seasons of Counting On.
