TLC’s 90 Day Fiance franchise recently made headlines after former star Larissa Lima reportedly spent more than $72,000 to look more like the pop culture icon Kylie Jenner. Larissa Lima has since been asked to leave the series after showing off her new look by posing for a CamSoda “lingerie show. Some fans have even speculated that Larissa Lima has modeled her surgically sculpted figure after her fellow 90 Day Fiancé star Paola Mayfield, with whom Lima bumped famous heads at a reunion Tell-All special.

However, Paola doesn’t often share what the real costs are of resembling her. In August 2018, Paola opened her social media to fanatical questions and confirmed that she did undergo certain procedures from the past. Paola revealed that she had one side of her upper lip “stuck” because it was wrong, and she also received breast implants before moving to the US.

What about the rest of her? “Botox? No, and I’m really scared of getting into that world,” Paola Mayfield explained. “If I want to look younger or change the shape of my face, I will do it, but for now, I’m good with this face. Paola also waved away rumors that her ass was fake. “That’s 100% hard work, dedication and genetics!” 

In March 2020, Paola posted a St. Patrick’s Day-themed photo on Instagram with her tinted belly just over a year after the birth of son Axel. Although she wrote that she “showing off” her stretch marks, followers accused Mayfield of abdominoplasty and liposuction. Paola clapped back and said she could beat anyone at a training session. “What you see in my belly is cellulite from the fat I got from my baby,” she wrote. “14 months strong breastfeeding my son nonstop for any stupid surgery.”
