We know that Matt and Amy started the show as a happily married couple, but their relationship did not stand the test of time. And while they both lived at Roloff Farms for years after the divorce, Amy decided to sell her half of the property to Matt and move elsewhere.

Anyone following Amy Roloff on Instagram knows she’s already found her new home. And now, it’s Matt and Amy’s son, Zach Roloff, who comes forward with some details about how his parents are doing. According to Zach, Matt and Amy seem to be getting along as well as they can since they’re still “taking care of” the family business.

Amy’s decision to leave Roloff Farms weighed heavily on her heart because that’s where she spent the last 30 years of her life raising her family. But she knew it was time to move on. The new season of Little People, Big World shows Amy searching for her home forever, but fans know that Amy has already found a place just 15 minutes from the farm property. And she’s almost finished moving from her old house to the new one.

“I’m thrilled to see some light at the end of this long journey of moving, purging, packing and moving into my new home. Woohoo!” Amy wrote a post on Instagram on February 11th. “Sometimes I don’t know whether to jump up and yell ‘Hooray’ or cry. I know I feel relieved. More adventures to explore, to plan for all the time, while being grateful that Chris is by my side cheering me on and helping so much.

Moving off the farm has been tough, but Amy Roloff still has a lot to look forward to. Although she doubted that she would ever find love again, she met her partner, Chris Marek, at a singles’ meeting. And after several rides on their motorcycles, they discovered they truly loved each other’s company.

Now, Amy Roloff is engaged – and it’s hard to believe it’s been more than three years since she started seeing Marek. The happy couple seem ultra-excited, but we know they’re not the only ones who are impressed. Since Amy is extremely family-oriented, she wants her children to get along with Marek, too. And Zach confirmed at Us Weekly that Marek is, in fact, a great guy.

“She has a boyfriend who she’ll probably be with for the rest of her life. Chris is a great guy,” Zach told the publication. “We always play board games together and see a lot of things together.” While Zach didn’t mention Matt’s girlfriend, Caryn Chandler, Instagram’s evidence suggests that they get along quite well, too.
