I loved these two at first. They seemed to be very well attuned to each other, equally attracted to each other and sincerely enjoyed getting to know each other. Until the phone/room-in-the-face incident.
Wow. What a bizarre reaction that was. It didn’t make any sense… until he explained it. My question is, why didn’t he just tell Taylor Dunklin it bothered him when it happened? She seems very cold and understanding. But no, she doesn’t… instead, he decided it was better to ignore her for a whole day.
When he stopped acting like a big baby, and they finally talked about everything, they seemed to be back on track.
Until last night, when we all got Brandon Reid up on the production and treating Taylor Dunklin (and everyone else) like s**t on the trip to the catamaran. He behaved like a nasty sixth grader on a school bus, whose favorite spot was taken by another child. Basically, throwing a tantrum and making a complete fool of himself.
It’s a shame, because I think if Brandon Reid was 5 years older and much more mature, this could have been a great match.
I really like Taylor Dunklin. She’s always cool, calm and collected. She rolls with the punches, is patient and very forgiving. She’s gorgeous, too. Brandon should feel very lucky to have matched up with her.
I don’t know what the future holds for these two, but if Brandon wants to survive the next 7 weeks, he better put on his big boy pants and try to behave more like an adult.
