Sister Wives: Sarcasm Doesn’t Fit Christine Well

Sister Wives celebrity Christine Brown seems to admit to being the source of unhappiness for other wives in the new trailer for the 2021 season. Kody Brown once described this mom of six as the funniest of his four wives. But some of the rather nasty remarks she makes in this trailer seem to indicate otherwise these days.

TLC released the new trailer for the season this week. The normally goofy but kind Christine Brown suddenly sounds more frivolous when talking to her spouses. It’s not a character that wears well. It’s also not a behavior appreciated by her Sister Wives fans. At one point in the season trailer, this Sister Wives mother of six said “I’m apparently always looking for a fight.” Not only did Christine say this, but in another scene she tells Janelle Brown that she’s sure “everyone hates me, all the time.” She is also seen a few times with a rather cutting look on her face in the trailer for Season 15.

Sister Wives fans aren’t aware of much interaction between Kody Brown’s third and fourth wives, Christine and Robyn . In the trailer, Christine tells Robyn that they don’t have to do anything together. The way this comes out of her mouth has led fans to wonder what happened to this mom of six.

Don’t forget that this teaser trailer for Sister Wives is made up of many different scenes from the entire season. These are spliced together to give fans some of the highlights of the drama planned for this new season.

So while it may seem like the mom of six has traded in her personality for a less likable one, the montage may have a lot to do with it.

The reaction Christine received from her Sister Wives co-wives in this promo video seems to tell the story. The things she said evoked several reactions, including tears, rolling eyes, and head shaking.

But things seem to intensify for her and she herself breaks down in tears. She tells Meri that she can no longer stay in this marriage with Kody Brown. Meri, who has a lot of issues in the season promo, takes Christine aside while she’s in Coyote Pass. The original matriarch of Sister Wives tells Christine to watch this, pointing to the land they own. She tells Kody Brown’s third bride that she can’t leave.

But she cries uncontrollably. Whatever Kody Brown has done to put her in this state must be terrible. Normally his third bride loves Kody Brown’s every word. For more than a decade of seasons, Christine has repeated that she considers Kody the number one person in her world. But something happened that left her visibly shaken in the new Season 15.
