Nicole Sherbiny and Mahmoud El Sherbiny’s marriage appears to be over. Since Mahmoud arrived in Los Angeles on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?, the couple has been fighting non-stop. During a recent episode, a major argument in front of Nicole’s friends led Mahmoud to ask for a divorce.
Cheating Accusations
In the May 19 episode, Mahmoud’s frustrations with Nicole continued to escalate. He accused Nicole of cheating after she came home drunk at 2 a.m. When Mahmoud asked to see her phone, Nicole refused, which he took as proof of her infidelity.
“He wanted to see my phone,” Nicole explained. “I refused to let him, and he said that the fact that I wouldn’t open my phone is just proof enough that I’m a cheater. I was like, ‘No, you just have to trust that I’m not.’ It was ridiculous.”
Nicole Sherbiny initially claimed she was at work but later admitted to being with her friend Olga. This inconsistency fueled Mahmoud’s suspicions.
Nicole gaslighting Macmood again. She comes home from work at 2am drunk and says “who cares”why did she even bring him here? If she wants to live the single life why be married? She’s ridiculous. Cultural Differences
Mahmoud is convinced that Nicole’s actions, including her drinking, signal her disinterest in their marriage. He views her behavior as a rejection of his cultural and religious values.

Nicole Sherbiny believes their cultural differences, particularly her American lifestyle, are driving them apart. Mahmoud, feeling unloved and disrespected, once again asked for a divorce, stating he no longer has romantic feelings for Nicole.
Nicole described Mahmoud’s declaration as a “punch in the gut.” She expressed her heartbreak over the end of their four-year relationship. Despite the pain, Nicole finds some solace in the prospect of regaining her freedom.
