90 Day Fiance star Paola Mayfield recently added to her fitness qualification list. Russ Mayfield’s wife is now a Zumba instructor. She could use her dance skills to teach people different ways to achieve their health goals. Especially now that the gyms aren’t open. Many people find themselves stuck indoors because of the virus outbreak. Which makes it harder to find ways to keep busy. So, Paola has been streaming her workouts live. In hopes of helping others stay active.

A few years ago, Paola Mayfield paused her modeling career to start a business. Her girlfriend 90 Day Fiance took her passion for fitness and created a health and fitness business. Paola aims to help others achieve their personal health goals. She provides her clients with home training videos and meal plans to help them achieve these goals.

90 Day Fiance alum has made sure that it has the knowledge and qualifications to give its clients the best coaching. Thus, Paola has been certified as a personal trainer. Shortly after Russ Mayfield’s foreign wife obtained her certificate as a nutritional trainer. Now Paola is adding another certificate to her collection.

90 Day Fiance: Paola Mayfield Becomes a Zumba Teacher

Paola Mayfield seems to deepen her knowledge even further. The other half of Russ Mayfield said she got another certificate. Paola recently obtained a license to teach Zumba to her clients. In addition to being a fitness and nutrition tutor, she is now also a Zumba instructor. This type of exercise is a great way to make training more attractive.

The star of the 90 Day Fiance reality show will most likely add some dance moves into her home training routine that she will give her clients. Zumba is a type of exercise that includes Latin dance movements. It was also founded by a Colombian dancer. So, it would make sense for Paola to go back to her roots to find inspiration for her training routines.
