90 Day Fiance: Paul Staehle Says They’re Not Asking For Money

90 Day Fiance star Paul Staehle is facing a major problem leading up to Karine Martins’ due date. The couple revealed that drastic changes have to be made to their delivery plan and that they are running out of time.

Apparently, the coronavirus pandemic has banned many hospitals in Brazil from accepting deliveries. This put Paul Staehle in a difficult situation, as Karine Martins is only a few weeks away from giving birth.

It looks like Paul Staehle will have to make a difficult decision for Karine Martins. The 90 Day Fiance star took to Instagram earlier this week and shared some nasty updates about his wife’s delivery plan.

In his posts, Paul Staehle revealed that he is struggling to find a hospital for Karine Martins that accepts deliveries. He claimed that all hospitals in Brazil, both public and private, “have no availability for deliveries because of COVID-19.” The 90 Day Fiance alum added that their only options at this time are to have an “in-apartment delivery” or return to America as soon as possible.

However, both options carry risks for Karine and her baby. An in-home birth could be life-threatening for the expectant mother of two, especially given her history of miscarriages. On the other hand, traveling back to the U.S. in the midst of a pandemic is “extremely risky” since she is already less than a month away from her due date.

Despite his difficulties, Paul Staehle reiterated that he is not asking his fans for monetary help. The 90 Day Fiance said they have “enough to pay for the private birth out of pocket.”

Instead of asking for money, Paul Staehle asked his fans for help in finding a hospital where Karine Martins can give birth. He claimed that the emergency room of a private hospital turned him down, even after he offered to pay the costs upfront. So far, it is unclear whether Paul and Karine Martins will go ahead with the home birth.
