Janelle Brown has finally found a buyer for her late son Garrison Brown’s Arizona home after months of struggles.
The Sister Wives star faced an emotional journey after Garrison’s tragic death this year. Now, with the property under contract, Janelle is taking another step forward in finding closure.
The four-bedroom, two-bathroom home, which had been featured on TLC’s Sister Wives, was listed for $425,000 in September 2024. However, after two price cuts, the home is now under contract for $389,900.
Garrison originally purchased the home in December 2021 for $329,000. The property has a cozy 1,441 square feet of living space.
It includes vaulted ceilings in each bedroom, a gas fireplace, and a small fenced backyard. The listing noted the house’s fresh paint and new vinyl floors. It helped attract buyers after months of stagnation.
Arizona’s intestate succession law gave Garrison’s property to his parents, Janelle and Kody Brown, as he had no spouse or children.
Sister Wives: Meri Brown Clears the Air About “Backstabbing” Allegations
Meanwhile, Sister Wives viewers buzzed over Meri Brown’s recent actions involving Janelle Brown and the Coyote Pass drama. The property’s tension has been a key point this season.
Janelle Brown accused Kody and Robyn Brown of using manipulative tactics. In a surprising turn, Meri told Kody and Robyn about her private chat with Janelle. Fans now question her motives.
Meri has since addressed the backlash, insisting her actions weren’t meant to harm Janelle.
“Janelle and I actually were talking about it yesterday,” Meri explained during a recent livestream. “I was like, ‘People think that I was throwing you under the bus.’”
Despite the friction in their past, Meri clarified that she and Janelle are on good terms.
She also suggested that the situation was blown out of proportion by viewers and editing. “I told [Janelle] some more information that I am not revealing to the public, and she’s like, all cool. We are all cool. So, she didn’t feel that way and all is cool.”
