Kody and Robyn Brown, the last couple from Sister Wives, are starting a new chapter in style. The duo recently bought a stunning $2.1 million estate in Flagstaff, Arizona. It has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and many luxury upgrades.
The spacious 7,784-square-foot home includes a detached guest house, an RV garage, and parking for seven cars. A real estate listing said the property perfectly blended “natural beauty, privacy, and convenience.” With its prime location and high-tech amenities, the home appears to be a perfect fit for Kody and Robyn’s next chapter.
To secure the property, the Browns put down a $420,000 deposit and obtained a $1.68 million loan. This comes on the heels of the couple paying off a $130,000 loan on their previous home, which they sold for $1,775,000.
Sister Wives: Christine Brown’s Legal Battle with Kody Heats Up
While Kody and Robyn Brown settle into their lavish new residence, Kody is also embroiled in a legal battle with ex-wife Christine Brown. Christine, now happily remarried to David Woolley, has sued Kody for child support for their 14-year-old daughter, Truely.
The case took a dramatic turn when Christine requested paternity be established for Truely, as Kody was not listed on her birth certificate. Despite the tension, Christine has maintained her focus on securing the best possible future for Truely.
The legal dispute is a stark contrast to Christine’s thriving personal life. The former sister wife recently purchased her dream home in Salt Lake City with David Woolley, just in time for their October 2023 wedding.
Sister Wives: Christine & David’s “Dream Home” Brings the Family Together
Christine and David’s new home is more than just a place to live—it’s a symbol of their fresh start together. The couple went through three rounds of house-hunting before finding a brand-new property that checked all their boxes.
“This home is everything we were looking for—brand new, not a fixer-upper,” Christine Brown shared during the latest season of Sister Wives. The home’s proximity to their children and grandchildren was a major selling point. Christine revealed, “We’re just 10 minutes from my daughter Mykelti’s house and 15 minutes from David’s daughter Ray’s house.”
Christine and David’s excitement about their new life was palpable. “I’m excited to have our kids be able to play in the backyard,” Christine said to David, before joking, “And get a hot tub. That needs to be the first thing.”
Sister Wives: Kody Brown’s “Mixed Emotions” About the Family Rift
Kody is building a life with Robyn. He has expressed his feelings about his broken relationships with his other ex-wives. In a rare moment of reflection, Kody admitted he felt a sense of loss over his separation from Christine.
Kody and Robyn Brown’s new, luxurious home contrasts with the family drama. But, one thing is clear: both Christine and Kody are moving on, each on their own terms.
