Sister Wives star Meri Brown is making waves this holiday season, and it’s not just because of her Christmas cheer. The reality star shared a heartwarming Instagram photo on December 28.
It was with a man named Brandon Stone, her “mystery man.”” This surprise comes just days after Meri’s dating again. She split from ex-husband Kody Brown in January 2023.
In the photo, Meri and Brandon are all smiles, posing arm in arm inside a cozy home. “It’s a Christmas miracle!” Meri captioned the post, adding hashtags like “#mysteryman” and “#lifeisgood.” Fans immediately speculated whether this new man in Meri’s life might be more than just a holiday companion.
Sister Wives: Meri’s New Approach to Love After Kody
Meri Brown has been candid about her journey to find love again. After her breakup with Kody and a brief fling with Amos in late 2023, Meri revealed she’s dating non-exclusively. “You date non-exclusively, and then you’re like, ‘Okay, I can focus on this person. Let’s be exclusive,’” Meri explained in a recent interview with People. While her relationship with Amos didn’t work out, she’s optimistic about the dating process.
“I’m learning about myself. I’m learning about other people,” Meri said, noting that self-discovery is a crucial part of her journey. She added, “I’m learning to trust myself and be like, ‘Hmm, I’m getting a funny vibe. This person’s just not for me.’”
Sister Wives: A Fresh Start in Parowan, Utah
Meri Brown’s personal life isn’t the only thing undergoing a transformation. After leaving Flagstaff, Arizona, she has embraced a fresh start in Parowan, Utah. There, she runs her family’s B&B, Lizzie’s Heritage Inn.
Reflecting on her time in Flagstaff, Meri admitted she didn’t make many connections there. “I lived there for three or four years, and I never made any friends,” she said. “Why keep living in a town where I don’t know anybody? Kody and I are completely separating. I’m not going to be a part of the family. There’s no point in me being there.”
Her decision to return to Parowan was practical and sentimental. “I already owned the house. Contrary to popular belief in my family, I did not buy it as an escape route,” she clarified. “I did buy it because it was always a dream of mine to have my old family home back in the family.”
Sister Wives: Kody’s Emotional Goodbye and Meri’s Bright Future
While Meri has moved on, her separation from Kody Brown was not without its emotional moments. During her move to Utah, Kody helped with the process, and tears welled up as he said goodbye. “Meri’s just on point today. She’s just the wonderful woman that I would have liked to have been married to,” Kody admitted in a rare moment of vulnerability.
Meri, however, maintained her humor, joking, “Hey, listen, we’re like the best divorced couple ever.”
