Meri Brown shared an old photo with Robert Garrison Brown. She felt emotional finding it.
In a recent post, she mourned her family member’s passing. “Found this photo from 2018, didn’t remember having it,” she wrote. The photo holds a special place in her heart.
Garrison passed away in March tragically. Meri Brown expressed her deep sadness seeing the photo again. She treasures the memories they shared. It’s been four weeks since his departure. Memories of him are all that’s left.
Garrison wasn’t Meri’s biological son. Both were raised in the same household. Their mothers, Meri and Janelle Brown, were married to Kody Brown. Janelle and Meri left Kody in 2023 and 2022. Despite recent family tensions, everyone came together after Garrison’s death.
Mykelti Brown, speaking about her half brother’s funeral in March, mentioned, “I was able to see my family together for the first time in years. Garrison would have been happy.”
On March 24, Meri and others attended a memorial service for Garrison in Nevada. Janelle, 54, described the service as “beautiful” on March 30. She added that Garrison “would have loved” the celebration, hosted by the National Guard.
In an Instagram post on March 5, Janelle confirmed her son’s passing. “Kody and I are heartbroken over losing Robert Garrison Brown,” she said. “He brought joy to everyone. His absence is deeply felt. Please respect our privacy and cherish his memory with us.”
