Sister Wives star Mykelti Padron has always been open about sharing sweet family moments with her followers. Now, she’s giving fans an exciting update on her twin sons, Ace and Archer-and it involves a big change!
The almost three-year-olds had long, reddish-brown hair. This made them easy to spot in the Brown family. But Mykelti and her husband, Tony Padron, decided it was time for a summer refresh.
“Their hair is gone, the first cut. They look old!” Mykelti wrote in a social media update.
She explained that although she and Tony loved their long hair, the twins “hate ponytails & braids.” With the summer heat approaching, they decided a shorter style would be best.
In the photos, the boys sit on a bench in their pajamas, beaming with their fresh new haircuts. In the final pic, one twin sweetly leans in to give his brother a kiss on the cheek, making fans’ hearts melt!

While Mykelti Padron’s twins are getting plenty of love, the Sister Wives star is also facing criticism for past comments about Meri Brown.
Fans are looking back at the controversy from two years ago. Mykelti’s brother, Paedon Brown, accused Meri of verbally abusing the Brown family’s children.
At the time, Mykelti hesitated to speak on the issue, saying:
“I don’t recall Meri being physically abusive towards me.”
However, she later hinted that she wasn’t a fan of Meri, describing her as harsh. This led to speculation that Mykelti was supporting Paedon’s claims without directly confirming them.
Now, fans are calling her out, questioning why she would make such comments when she previously had a working relationship with Meri.
“If they can’t be specific about the allegations, then they shouldn’t infer that she was abusive.”
