Rose, who is from the Philippines, debuted in 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 4 as the long-distance girlfriend of Big Ed from San Diego. The poor single mother, then 23, became an overnight sensation when she dumped the 54-year-old man, who lied to her about his vasectomy and height before reprimanding Rose for her bad breath and body hair.

But before that happens, 90 Day Fiancé’s Rose shared a disturbing photo of her being put into an ambulance. Without revealing what exactly happened to her, Rose posted a picture of her holding a hospital wristband that read “Ospital Ng Makati”, which is located in Metro Manila.
90 Day Fiancé fans suspected Rose Vega of only being with Big Ed for a green card and money, but she really saw money coming in after she left him. Rose gained worldwide fame because of the way her relationship was made into memes along with the countless funny expressions on her face. But apart from appearing in 90 Day Fiancé, it’s unclear what medical emergency sent her to hospital. 90 Day Fiancé fans are not only hoping she’s okay now, but also waiting to see if she reveals what happened.
