David & Annie: After the 90 Days: David Toborowsky Shares About His Weight Loss Journey

David Toborowsky has been flaunting his weight loss on Annie Suwan’s Instagram page a lot these days, and the 90 Day Fiance cast member has finally revealed what he’s been doing to catch up with her.

Popular season 5 couple Annie Suwan and David Toborowsky are known for their witty comments on Pillow Talk and overall positive vibe. David is someone who has earned the respect of fans after plenty of hardships and is always supportive of his 90 Day Fiancé co-stars. As a result, everyone is in awe of David Toborowsky’s weight loss progress as he has struggled in the past.

Apparently, it’s 29-year-old Annie Suwan who is proudly beaming about David Toborowsky’s transformation in her new posts. The Thai beauty herself has lost a lot of extra pounds in 2021 and has successfully launched her own fashion store. After Annie Suwan revealed that she has dropped six sizes, she also joked that with her new figure, David Toborowsky can now model her products. In the new video, David showed off his before and after progress, holding up his old jeans to show just how big they look on him. The fan favourites return to TLC on January 11 with their spin-off, David & Annie: Before the 90 Days.

David Toborowsky doesn’t think he’s the best at cutting down on carbohydrates yet, because if they end up in a Mexican restaurant, he’s sure to eat some crisps. Annie laughed that she has to make sure David sleeps before her because she “will look at the refrigerator if he tries to open [it] after dinner. Close the refrigerator and go back to bed with an empty stomach,” she added.

David Toborowsky, who is from Kentucky, said that weight loss is “a slow progress” in his opinion because ““I didn’t gain it quickly and I’m not gonna lose it quickly”. To keep his promise, he walks every day. He has also recently joined a local gym and David claims to have added apple cider vinegar to his diet. “I’m doing a combination of all hands on deck,” explains David, who now just wants to finish his wine before he goes to bed. He reckons only then is he likely to get back to the weight he was at when he was in Thailand. However, David is taking things “one step at a time”.

David Toborowsky also thinks that quitting Ambien helped him because he “started gaining weight” when he started using it. Professor David, from England, confessed that he had to go to hospital for his gall bladder problems, which he never told his 90 Day Fiancé fans about because he didn’t want sympathy. David doesn’t weigh himself, but bases his weight on his clothes.

David Toborowsky has gone from a size 50 to a size 40 and now wants to drop “eight to 10 sizes”, which he seems to believe he can achieve by eating salads, low-carb wraps and drinking plenty of water.
