Mahogany’s watermelon pink manicure is visible as she holds her phone to take the photo, as well as a pair of purple stilettos in the background and a large pile of clothes on the bed.

It looks like Mahogany Roca was in the middle of a costume fitting: between the pile of clothes, the extra pair of shoes, and her caption, it makes sense.
