In a special reunion episode of Sister Wives season 17 One-on-One, Meri Brown announced that Kody Brown has decided to end their marriage. In a recent Instagram Live, Sister Wives fans speculate that Meri will meet again when she mentions that she has “company” visiting.
In season 17 of Sister Wives, Meri and Kody’s marriage is almost non-existent. Meri barely appeared at all during the season and barely spoke in family conversations. Still, she hoped afterwards that she and her husband would be able to reconcile their marriage. But Kody told cameras that he doesn’t consider himself married to Meri and wouldn’t care if she married another man.
In Part 1 of a special reunion episode of Season 17’s Sister Wives One-on-One, Meri said she and Kody are no longer married. She claims that Kody has taken her to Flagstaff, Arizona since their move, but no progress has been made towards restoring a healthy marriage. On their last anniversary, Meri said Kody decided it was over for them, but didn’t want to make it public for fear of public judgment. On the other hand, Meri is still open to reconciliation, but knows it’s over for Kody.
Sister Wives: Is Meri Brown Dating Someone New?
In an Instagram live (via Reddit) on 5 January, Meri vaguely said she had “some company”, with Sister Wives fans immediately speculating who it might be.
Meri says in the video. And so I got up, put on some comfy clothes and [we] hung out a bit this morning. They left.” Many Sister Wives fans think Meri Brown was being deliberately vague about who the person was because she’s on a reunion date.

While Meri Brown hasn’t always been the warmest Sister Wives star, fans are still hoping she moves on from Cody and finds someone who treats her well. Regardless of whether Meri’s mysterious companion was her best friend Jenn or someone else, Sister Wives fans are happy that she’s enjoying herself and looking happier than ever.
