Sister Wives star Janelle Brown began to feel “confident” in her swimsuit after years of insecurity. Janelle, visited her eldest daughter Maddie, 24, son-in-law Caleb, and grandchildren Axel and Evangalynn, North Carolina, without her husband Kody, this week.
The health coach, who owns the fitness company Strive with Janelle, said she felt “confident” in a swimsuit during a trip to the beach.
She wrote a subtitle for “selfie”: “For years I’ve been making up excuses to go anywhere you need a swimsuit. All my insecurities… As the acceptance of my wonderful body and all the things it could do increased, I became more confident.
“I’m definitely a work in progress, but I’ve missed out on so much fun over the years. Not anymore! Here’s my annual post about going to the beach. Put on your bathing suit and go.
“This year, of course, make sure you distance yourselves and wear your mask when it’s appropriate – today was more or less the day you went to and from our place”.
Janelle, who recently opened up about her battle for skin cancer, closed the post with: “P.S. – it was wonderful to spend a few days with Maddie and the kids.”
The mother of six children has also published a photo of her son Gabriel, 18, and daughter Savannah, 15, with her grandson in the water. She entitled the sweet family photo: “It took a few days to come and visit @madison_rose11 and the family. He spent a day at the beach.
“Uncle Gabe rocked.” He spent the day with Axel in the waves letting him play and keeping him safe. So grateful for the family. #beachday #grandmalife #northcarolina.” But Janelle Brown’s husband, Kody Brown, was missing from the trip because he wasn’t photographed or mentioned in the posts.
