Authorities are shedding light on Garrison Brown’s final moments. The 25-year-old son of Sister Wives stars Janelle Brown and Kody Brown had sent several concerning texts before his death at age 25. A police report obtained by multiple outlets on March 6 revealed this detail.
His mom shared that Garrison Brown messaged several people who work for the Brown family. He said, “I want to hate you for sharing the good times. But I can’t. I miss these days,” Janelle expressed concern about Garrison’s messages. She reached out to him through text, but he stopped responding after a brief conversation.
When Janelle Brown didn’t hear back, she asked her other kids to check on Garrison Brown. Her 22-year-old son Gabriel “Gabe” Brown offered to help. Gabe later found his brother dead at Garrison’s home in Flagstaff, Arizona, according to the police report.
The Browns have not disclosed his cause or manner of death. The World News Daily reached out to Flagstaff police for comment but received no response. In a statement on March 5, Janelle Brown and Kody Brown expressed deep sadness over Garrison’s passing. They described him as a “bright spot in the lives of all who knew him.”
Garrison Brown made his TV debut in 2010 on the first season of Sister Wives. The reality series followed Kody’s polygamous lifestyle. In recent years, the show depicted Kody’s strained relationships, including his estrangement from Garrison and Gabe.
Before his death, Garrison shared that he had rescued a cat. He already had two other feline friends that he adopted in 2022. Garrison introduced his new cat, Ms. Buttons, on Instagram on February 28.
