'Sister Wives': Will TLC Cancel the Show After Garrison Brown's Death?

After Kody and Janelle Brown’s son Garrison Brown passed away suddenly, viewers are now asking if TLC will air Season 19, which has already been filmed.

The reality show Sister Wives has been running since 2010. However, with the recent tragic loss in the family, fans are questioning the show’s future.

Garrison Brown, aged 25, passed away on March 5, 2024, reportedly by suicide. Some fans are concerned that being in the spotlight as Janelle Brown’s child might have affected him.

Sister Wives features Kody Brown, a Mormon polygamist, his four wives, and 18 children. Kody and Janelle shared six kids, including Garrison Brown, whose relationship with Kody was shown to deteriorate over the seasons.

Even though Season 19 is ready for broadcast, some fans feel it’s inappropriate to proceed after Garrison’s passing. The big question remains:

Will Sister Wives be canceled?

TLC hasn’t confirmed Season 19 of Sister Wives yet. They usually announce new seasons just before airing. Fans might have to wait until fall 2024 for Season 19.

Rumors suggest it could be pulled due to sensitive content. Season 19 filmed before Garrison Brown’s death. Addressing his situation properly may be challenging. The network faces a dilemma on how to proceed.
