She shares a few family photos and a bit of positivity in the midst of this difficult time. As we reported in early October, Jill Duggar Dillard and her husband Derick Dillard had a miscarriage. Duggar’s daughter shared highlights of herself and her family when she found out she was pregnant. She also included a clip of her and her husband telling their sons Israel, 6, and Samuel, 4, that they are having another baby. Sadly, however, the family had a miscarriage.
