90 Day Fiancé franchise alum Varya Malina has now given naysayers more reasons to complain. She recently showed off a stunning new hair transformation on Instagram and posted a video showing how her hair looked before and after the cut.

Before, Varya had dark and straight medium length hair and after the haircut, she rocked a shoulder-length wavy lob. This time, she has cut her long hair short and added blonde highlights at the end, which look strange on Varya’s darker hair.
