Kody Brown has swapped the comforts of Coyote Pass for grueling military-style challenges. The Sister Wives star revealed on Instagram that he’s competing on Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test, telling fans, “Wanna see me cry? No… like full on sobbing!”

It wasn’t his physical endurance that caught the internet’s attention. It was that he left his wife, Robyn, and their youngest kids to film the show. Kody is well-known for refusing to travel for his daughter Ysabel’s surgery. He said he had family obligations.
