The mother of one has shared several stories on Instagram, showing her amazing transformation and revealing some of her diet. In the posts she told followers that she had already lost nine pounds.
Liz showed off her toned belly in workout gear and told how her weight loss came about through a detox diet and clean eating. She offered diet advice and revealed that she eats savory turkey bites as a source of protein, carbohydrates, and vegetables.
The 90 Day Fiancé star shared another fitness update on May 2022 and revealed that she has lost 13 pounds since her last update. Liz recounted that she started a complete detox diet three weeks ago and enrolled in a fitness boot camp that has been an important part of her huge transformation. She wrote, “Since signing up I learned how to eat properly to fuel my body & learned how to get my best workouts in.” Liz explained that she currently only commits to 3 or 4 workouts a week and does not starve herself. Instead, she eats three proper meals a day and loses weight through a healthy mindset and routine.
