Sister Wives: Kody Has Said The Marriage Is Over

Sister Wives Spoilers suggests that Christine Brown is the latest of Kody Brown’s wives to seem to have a problem staying married. Christine has publicly mentioned several times that she wants to move back to Utah.

However, fans seem to believe that the women are stuck in marriage. Meri, Kody’s first and at the time only legal wife, claims that Kody always gave her and other women the chance to leave.

When Sister Wives Robyn Brown joined the family in 2010, Meri Brown was the legal wife. But in late 2014 or early 2015, that changed.

Kody Brown couldn’t adopt Robyn’s children unless they were legally married, which meant Kody had to divorce Meri Brown and legally marry Robyn. While nothing was supposed to change, it did.

Meri Brown had tried to have another child with Kody before this divorce, but Kody refused because IVF was the recommended way to conceive.

Later, Robyn even offered to carry the baby for Meri Brown and Kody, but this too was rejected. After the divorce, Meri was devastated and sought solace on the internet. Unfortunately, Meri Brown was a victim of a catfish scheme and Kody never got over it.

Sister Wives Kody has more than once said that her and Meri Brown’s marriage is over. Kody says that if he and Meri Brown wanted to be together, they would be. Meri, however, seems to be clinging on for some reason and even admits that she still loves Kody. Meri doesn’t want to leave, or at least it doesn’t seem that way, because she has her own bed and breakfast in Utah.

Sister Wives Meri Brown has been on Twitter lately defending not only Kody and her place as his first wife, but also Robyn Brown. It seems Meri wants to make sure she’s in the family, whether she and Kody Brown are in a relationship or not. Meri doesn’t want fans to blame Robyn for problems in the family.

Meri even argued with a fan about Robyn’s appearance on the TV show Sister Wives. Someone argued that Robyn hasn’t been there from the beginning. According to Meri, Robyn appeared on the first show after the first 20 minutes and has been there ever since.

All the women are free to leave if they want to, but so far none of them seem to be going anywhere very quickly. This lifestyle seems to suit them and maybe fans should let them be happy.
