Anfisa Arkhipchenko had a deviated nasal septum, which she corrected with a rhinoplasty. However, according to her latest Instagram Stories, Anfisa recounted not being able to exercise for a while and losing weight while recovering from the surgery. Anfisa’s current fitness goals are to be able to strengthen her back muscles once she is able to return to the gym. When a 90 Day Fiancé fan asked Anfisa for more details about the surgery, she wrote that it was rhinoplasty.

Anfisa’s new nose operation went perfectly. She is very happy with the surgeon she chose. Anfisa will soon share more details about her nose surgery. Describing it as a complex operation, she admitted that “takes a while to see final results”.
