Stephanie Matto and Erika Owens are the first same-sex couple in the 90 Day Fiance series and this should be cause for celebration. Unfortunately, things have been so difficult with these two, that many viewers of Before 90 Days wonder if Stephanie likes women and others don’t even think they’re together anymore.

Both Stephanie and Erika have been quiet about the state of their relationship, choosing to play well with TLC and let fans guess that their embarrassing Australian encounter continues to air on TV.

But one thing Stephanie is not holding back is her regret for having participated in the show.

In a recent Instagram Q&A, Mad Stephanie Matto was asked: “If you could go back, would you advertise your relationship in 90 days?

Stephanie’s answer might surprise those who thought she was doing the show for publicity.

Another fan asked Stephanie if she would do another season of the show and it seems that this is not possible. After all the criticism she received after landing in Australia, it shouldn’t surprise anyone that she no longer wants to be on the show.

Several times Stephanie Matto felt the need to defend herself against 90 Day Fiance fans as her Before the 90 Days season aired.

Before she even saw Stephanie and Erika meet on the show, she wondered if Stephanie and Erika were there to pursue their careers or if they were really in love.

Then, after 90 Day Fiance fans saw them meet, there were even more questions about whether Stephanie really liked women.

She took all the blame again after what should have been a romantic date turned into a discussion about a dating app on Erika’s phone. Even though Erika didn’t use it for dating, it made Stephanie uncomfortable and of course viewers shared their opinions.

And while Stephanie always seemed to defend herself or try to explain, Erika remained silent. It’s hard to say if she and Stephanie are still on good terms or not, but what we do know is that Stephanie is alone when it comes to reality shows because Erika ignored everything.
