90 Day Fiance alumna Tiffany Franco told fans about her 80-pound weight loss during a Q&A and described the many plastic surgeries she needs. The 31-year-old mother of two is scheduled to undergo bariatric surgery in June 2021 after being inspired by the achievements of her partner and friend Angela Deem in 90 Day Fiance.
Tiffany said she is only 18 pounds away from her post-surgery weight goal, but wanted to undergo “nip and tuck” surgery because she has “the BEST surgeon” in her area.
Viewers of 90 Day Fiance first met Tiffany in season 1 of The Other Way, when she was planning to move to South Africa with her son Daniel to live with and marry her lifelong partner, Ronald Smith.
In that season, the two were married in South Africa and also found out that they were expecting. However, Tiffany did not feel comfortable in South Africa and chose to return to the United States with Daniel and begin petitioning for a spousal visa for Ronald.
