Alaskan Bush People personality Bear Brown is arguably one of the most protective of the Brown sisters when it comes to protecting their family. He further proved this theory when one online critic recently accused the Brown family of “staged” the show.
Alaskan Bush People, which has been on the air for almost a decade, has amassed a solid fan base that is eager to keep up with the family.
Of course, that doesn’t stop some criticism of the show. Like many other reality television series,’ there are the naïve who refuse to believe that the Brown family will continue to lead a “wild” lifestyle. According to Bear, however, their show is as real as it gets.
From the unexpected loss of father, husband and family patriarch Billy Brown in February 2021, to how the family has continued to navigate life despite ongoing grief, the Alaska Native continues to attract fans and viewers.
Alaskan Bush People: Bear Brown Says Alaskan Bush People Isn’t Scripted
In addition to their family website, several of the Brown family children, including Bear Brown, are also active on social media. Bear regularly keeps his fans and followers up to date with his daily life and is particularly active on Instagram.
In a recent post, Bear Brown shared a screenshot of a statistic he found online that claimed Alaskan Bush People “ranks at the 98.3th percentile in the Reality genre.” Bear then captioned the post and thanked fans and viewers “for continuing to watch and support.”
While many comments supported Bear’s ideas, one commenter disagreed. “It’s great,” the comment read. “But very staged.” Bear quickly responded to this comment to defend the show and wrote in a now-deleted comment, “That’s funny!!! Since it’s not staged! Lol”
