It all started when Kourtney accused Kim of using her lavish Italian wedding as a “business opportunity.” The tension was palpable in a recent episode of The Kardashians, where Kourtney laid it out clear: She was not okay with Kim’s actions. Adding fuel to the fire, Kourtney unleashed some strong adjectives to describe her sister, calling her “egotistical” and a “narcissist.”

Kourtney is also approaching her due date, which naturally puts everyone on edge. Off-screen, birthday plans are becoming another point of contention between the sisters. A source revealed to The Sun that both are planning separate birthday celebrations, causing further discord.

“It’s Kim’s birthday in a couple of weeks – and then two weeks later, it’s Kris’s, and also Kendall’s, and Kim has floated the idea of a girls’ birthday trip,” the source said.

Is Kim Trying to ‘Steal the Attention’?

Kourtney reportedly got wind of Kim Kardashian’s plans through their mother, Kris Jenner, and was not impressed. In fact, she interpreted it as a direct attempt by Kim to “steal the attention.” Kim, on the other hand, feels that Kourtney is intentionally taking things the wrong way. The source summed it up as a situation that blew up “way out of proportion,” noting that neither sister is willing to budge.

In another instance, as reported by Monsters and Critics, Kourtney decided to stay back while the rest of the Kar-Jenner family went to Cabo. A heated phone argument aired on the show, where Kourtney openly told Kim that she “hates” her and called her a “witch.”

Kim, though avoiding name-calling, had her own way of hitting back. She revealed a family group chat, ominously titled “Not Kourtney,” where concerns about Kourtney were discussed. She even mentioned that Kourtney’s own children had come to her with complaints.

At this point, neither sister shows signs of yielding or making amends, at least according to the upcoming storyline of The Kardashians’ new season.
