In Sunday’s episode, Kody Brown had a heart-to-heart with his two remaining wives, Meri and Robyn, about their upcoming vacation plans. The trio met at Meri’s apartment, where Kody opened up. Janelle, one of his ex-wives, plans to rent a temporary vacation home with-hold on to another ex-wife, Christine Brown.

Kody told Meri and Robyn, “I think they’re trying to shut me out because they’re mad at me.” He feels that Janelle and his adult sons are “making up stories in their minds” because they’re giving him the silent treatment. His verdict? “Everybody’s got some story about how dad’s a bad guy, but we’re just having two groups at Christmas.”

Meri Brown, always the diplomat, wondered if “colluding” was the right word for what Janelle and Christine are doing. Kody said he “absolutely” believes they are, but Meri is not convinced. “Kody feels pretty angry, and whenever you’re angry, you’re not gonna see any other perspective,” she said.

If I had my way, the family would all get together and be together,” she said.
