Sister Wives: Kody Brown Got Mad At Her For Suggesting They Take Two Cars On A Trip With The Other Wives

Sister Wives star Kody Brown yelled at his wife Christine Brown for demanding in a new promo that they go on a two-car road trip with his other wives. The 52-year-old is not happy with her and accuses her of being “antagonistic.”

In a promo for Sunday’s new episode of Sister Wives, Kody reveals that he and his four wives are packing up the car and getting ready to drive together from Arizona to Utah. He wants everyone in one car for the trip, but Christine Brown wants them to split into two vehicles, with too much luggage as her reasoning.

She says in an on-camera confession, “He said we had to pack light, and I don’t think he’s packed light.” As Kody continues to load the car with all his stuff, Christine Brown says to him, “Kody, we have Meri’s bag and Janelle’s bag still. It’s not gonna fit in the car.

“Based on luggage, we’re taking two cars.” Unhappy with the switch she is trying to make, Kody Brown says in his confessional, “Stop! Stop trying to take two cars! Stop doing that right now! I’m not even listening to that. “Everybody wants their autonomy, ‘Uhh autonomy, autonomy. I don’t wanna sit by her all day.’ It’s just, gah..”

Christine Brown admonishes him, saying that his packing is the cause of all the problems and that everything would be fine if he’d just brought less stuff.

Robyn Brown remains silent as Christine Brown and Kody argue about the car situation, but she tells the camera, “I think riding together can go either way. It can be really great and create a bond, or it can be really stressful and it can be difficult and dramatic and uncomfortable.”

The trio quickly heads to Meri’s house to pick her up before going to pick up Janelle, but as soon as they arrive, they hear that their car has a flat tire.

Kody wants to quickly take it to a mechanic for a new tire, but Christine Brown takes the opportunity to once again demand that they take two other cars because they don’t know how long it will take to fix the problem. He makes short work of the idea and yells, “No, we’re not taking two cars, Christine!” He ends the preview clip by telling the camera that Christine Brown is “just being antagonistic.”

He adds, “She obviously doesn’t want to travel together. She obviously wants to take her own.” Christine Brown has been having a lot of problems with Kody lately.

Kody wanting all his wives together in one car is the latest to upset Christine Brown, because she’s also not happy that he wants them all to live together.

In a clip for the new season on TLC, Kody says they are “one family and need to be in one home.”
