90 Day Fiance: Yara Zaya Fires Back at Critics

Yara Zaya just enjoyed a fun day with Jovi Dufren and their daughter Mylah. The 90 Day Fiance star took her family on a short ride and recorded it for all to see. The family of three showed off their humorous side as they took a short drive near their home. In the clip, Yara, Jovi and Mylah wear matching bandanas and glasses while enjoying the music.

Jovi sits in the passenger seat while Yara drives the car slowly. 90 Day Fiance’s mom also cradles baby Mylah in the middle as she drives.

Apparently, this didn’t sit well with many of Yara’s followers. Shortly after uploading the clip, fans took to her comments section and criticized her for not putting Mylah in a car seat. The 90 Day Fiance star was immediately reprimanded online, with some suggesting that she was endangering her daughter’s life. Others reiterated the importance of a car seat, citing the worst-case scenario should things take a turn for the worse.

But Yara Zaya was quick to defend her actions on social media. The 90 Day Fiance star stressed that she’s not really driving fast and that Mylah is completely safe from any harm. Yara said they were actually driving just outside their home and not on a busy road. “Y’all, we are faking,” she commented. “We don’t drive in real street of course.”

The 90 Day Fiance star also took to her IG Stories and showed Mylah’s car seat in the backseat of their car. This isn’t the first time Yara has been criticized for her parenting. In the past, she has been called out for being overprotective of Mylah, to the point where it seems controlling to some. She’s also received criticism for insisting on co-sleeping with her baby despite Jovi and her mother, Gwen, disapproving.

However, the 90 Day Fiance star continues to do what she wants as Mylah’s mom. Yara is raising her daughter the way she sees fit. It seems the first-time mom isn’t letting negativity get in the way of her and her parents.
