The latest Sister Wives episode heated up the battle over Coyote Pass. Kody Brown faced criticism for his handling of the shared property in Flagstaff, Arizona. With ex-wives Janelle Brown, Meri, and Christine Brown all demanding their share, tensions boiled over. The feud focused on Kody’s alleged favoritism toward Robyn Brown.
Janelle Brown, who split from Kody in December 2022, didn’t hold back her frustration. “He’s been kind of an a – about the property,” she admitted during a confessional. Janelle’s concerns are valid. Kody’s secretive about the property’s finances and ownership. This has made her consider legal action.
Sister Wives: Janelle Brown Warns Meri About Protecting Her Stake
Janelle Brown sounded the alarm early in the episode, warning Meri to “protect” herself when it came to Coyote Pass. This came after Janelle accused Kody of potentially scheming to shortchange them. “I think I’m going to have to lawyer up,” Janelle previously shared. “That’s the only way I’m ever going to get any kind of decision out of him.”
Meri initially dismissed Janelle’s warning, claiming Kody assured her the property would be divided equally. But as the details unfold, she begins to question his intentions. Meri confessed, “I hope that they will be fair, and I hope that it doesn’t get ugly.”

Sister Wives: Kody Admits He’s Considered ‘Screwing’ Janelle
In a shocking confessional, Kody openly admitted his frustration with Janelle. “She doesn’t trust me because she would screw me if she could. That’s what I believe,” Kody said with a laugh, adding, “I’ll be honest, I’ve thought about screwing her.”
His comment has left fans furious, especially as he followed up by crediting Robyn for stopping him. “My wife with a conscience won’t let me,” he said. But many viewers question Robyn’s role, as she remains the co-owner of the largest share of the property alongside Kody.
I'm so loving Janelle !#SisterWives

Sister Wives: Why Coyote Pass Has Become a Major Battleground
Coyote Pass was to symbolize the Brown family’s future. It was a place where all the wives could build homes and live in harmony. Since Christine left in 2021, Kody Brown’s plural marriage has broken down. The land is now a contentious asset.
Christine forfeited her stake when she left, but Meri, Janelle, Kody, and Robyn still share ownership. Janelle and Meri own the smallest portions, leaving the majority of the land under Kody and Robyn’s control. Robyn’s justification? Kody set it up quickly to “seal the deal,” but fans aren’t buying it.
Sister Wives: Janelle Draws a Line, Kody Feels Alienated
As Janelle Brown distances herself from Kody Brown, she also confirms his alienation from most of their children. “Kody is alienated from 90 to 95 percent of his children,” Janelle revealed. “He’s not really wanted at events.”
Kody Brown, for his part, accused his ex-wives of working together to exclude him. But Janelle made it clear: “He’s not coming regardless of who he brings or doesn’t bring with him.”
