The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City: Jen Is Open About Going Under The Knife

The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City: Jen Is Open About Going Under The Knife

RHOSLC star Jen Shah has come under fire for being, well, fake. While the fan favourite appeared to be for real during the first season of the Utah-based hit spinoff, new allegations have now come to light. At the end of March 2021, Jen Shah was arrested for allegedly committing wire fraud and money laundering.

In addition to her legal troubles, Jen Shah’s famous ski chalet was allegedly only a mansion rented for the series. According to the New York Post, Texas-based real estate rental company Univesco Inc. “had no idea that Shah had been hyping the property as her own on the show”. But at least Jen Shah has been honest about her other fake assets. Keep scrolling to find out what Jen Shah has to say about getting plastic surgery!

In the reunion episode, The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Jen Shah told host Andy Cohen one thing: the marketing manager confessed to having had several plastic surgery procedures, namely the medspas of fellow star Heather Gay.

However, Jen Shah claims she hasn’t had any major facial work done apart from fillers and botox. “”I know everybody thinks I’ve done all this stuff to my face. I haven’t had plastic surgery on my face,” Jen Shah claimed, as reported by Bravo’s Style & Living. “The only thing I had done to my nose was [my son] Omar broke my nose on accident…But trust me, I should have got a nose job.”

Jen Shah also complained to Page Six that it would have been more helpful if her Utah colleagues had spoken publicly about the procedures. “I wish people would be more open, because I just want to know where to go. Save me 10 bad Botox jobs,” Jen Shah joked.

“I’ll be honest with you, I didn’t wake up like this.” Jen Shah speculated that RHOSLC women may prefer silence because of the Mormon faith. “You’re supposed to strive for perfection, but…you’re not supposed to be, like, telling people that you’re getting stuff done or something,” Jen Shah explained. “They’re all doing boobs. They’re all doing vaginal rejuvenation. If they say they’re not doing it, they’re lying.”
