90 Day Fiance: Emily Bieberly’s Weight Loss – How She Really Lost Weight

Emily Bieberly from 90 Day Fiancé shared valuable weight loss tips with fans who turned to the young mum for help. Emily, 29, met her now-husband, Kobe Blaise, while working as an English teacher in China.

Emily Bieberly and Kobe Blaise, who is an underwear model, instantly found each other, got engaged within a few weeks and soon became pregnant. Emily gave birth to a son, Kobe Blaise, when she returned to America and Kobe had gone back to his native Cameroon. When Kobe saw Emily again after two years on season 9 of 90 Day Fiancé, the first thing he noticed about her was her weight gain.

Emily Bieberly’s parents’ first rule after arriving in the US on a Kobe K-1 visa was that Emily must not get pregnant. However, Emily, who used a faulty ovulation device and did not use protection, did and married Kobe while keeping her soon-to-be second child a secret.

Emily’s baby was born after the season 9 finale of 90 Day Fiancé. Fans got to meet little Scarlet in Tell-All when she was already a few months old, and Emily looked very different after losing a lot of weight. Emily claimed she encapsulated her placenta and ate it to lose her post-baby weight within two weeks of Scarlet’s birth.

But fans have also noticed how hard Emily works on her fitness – especially the Instagram stories Emily posts about how she gets to the gym early in the morning to work out.

Emily hosted a Q&A session for her Instagram fans when someone told Emily how she’s been struggling to lose weight for two years. “How do you do it?” a 90 Day Fiancé fan asked Emily, who replied by posting a selfie in the mirror of herself looking amazingly fit. “Stay consistent and focus,” Emily told the TLC viewer. She asked them not to get down if they didn’t see the weight moving. “Remember slow and steady wins the race,” full-time stay-at-home mum Emily told her fan. Someone else asked Emily how she balances her fitness journey while being a wife and mother. “I just make time for it,” Emily replied.

She explained that 5am is exactly what works for her. Her “me time” is therapy for Emily. In the meantime, Emily also shared with her followers a recipe for her favourite peach cobbler dessert. 90 Day Fiancé star Emily wrote that she adds a “splash” of whipped cream to chopped peaches with a “drizzle” of honey and a “dash” of cinnamon and it tastes “sooooo good!”.
