Little People, Big World: Caryn Chandler Found Her Dream Home

Caryn Chandler from Little People Big World came under attack from fans of the show for not accepting her boyfriend Matt Roloff when he bought her a home. In this week’s episode of Little People, Big World, viewers watched as Caryn Chandler found her dream home and brought Matt Roloff along to inspect it.

Little People, Big World: Caryn Chandler Found Her Dream Home

Caryn and Matt went through the home, pointing out the pros and cons. One big minus that Matt noticed right away was the home’s staircase. The two-story home had a staircase that led to the bedrooms and bathrooms on the top floor. Even though there were two flights of stairs where Matt could stop and rest on the way up, he still had a hard time maneuvering.

Matt Roloff was born with diastrophic dysplasia, a degenerative form of dwarfism that caused him to undergo 15 operations as a child.

The Little People, Big World patriarch uses crutches to walk and struggles to climb stairs, as the scene reveals.

Even though Matt was unhappy about the stairs in Caryn’s home, he finally gave her his approval. However, fans of the series are not happy with Caryn’s decision to buy a home. Some fans think that it was unsafe for Matt to navigate so many stairs with his condition.

Caryn explained that she was buying the home on her own because she didn’t want to wait for the time it would take Matt to build his dream home. Matt recently announced that he has started the first steps to building his dream home.

Caryn Chandler and Matt Roloff seem to have a solid enough relationship that they can find a solution to Matt’s obstacles. In fact, Matt was grateful that Caryn pushed him to do things he wouldn’t normally do.
