Roloff Farms On Sale Again - Price Slashed, Future Uncertain

Roloff Farms is on sale again. Little People Big World star Matt Roloff put the property back on the market in early August – with a significant price reduction. The house and surrounding land are available for $3,395,000 million, $700,000 less than the original asking price.

Little People, Big World: From TV Set to Vacation Rental

Roloff Farms, which has served as the backdrop for the TLC series, was initially turned into a vacation rental when it failed to find a buyer. The property, a stunning five-bedroom, 3-bath house nestled in over 16 acres of lush Oregon countryside, features over 5,000 square feet of living space. It includes a home theater, office spaces, a gourmet kitchen, an outdoor pool, a six-car garage, and a large barn. The farm, known for its whimsical elements, also boasts a Western-style town, a stone castle, and multiple walking trails.

Little People, Big World: Roloff Children’s Failed Attempts to Purchase Farm

The selling of Roloff Farms has been a bone of contention within the Roloff family. After Matt and Amy Roloff divorced, Matt purchased Amy’s share of the farm. However, when Matt Roloff decided to sell the property, his children, Jeremy and Zach, expressed an interest in buying it. Despite offering them a “substantial family discount,” no agreement could be reached.

Jeremy and his wife Audrey Roloff made an offer on Roloff Farms, but the deal fell through, as revealed in Audrey’s June 2022 Instagram update. Zach Roloff was also unable to meet the asking price, leading to the farm’s re-entry into the real estate market.

Little People, Big World: Speculations About Future Ownership

Although Jeremy and Audrey have since purchased their own farm, and Zach and Tori Roloff have relocated to a $1 million home in Washington, fans speculate that Roloff Farms might remain in the Roloff family. Matt’s younger son, Jacob, has recently been involved in farm operations, leading to rumors of him possibly becoming the new owner. Jacob, however, put an end to such speculations earlier this year, stating, “I am not a property owner and have no prospects of becoming one.”

Amidst all this family drama, the fate of Roloff Farms hangs in the balance. As it returns to the market with a reduced price tag, fans of Little People, Big World will undoubtedly keep their eyes peeled for updates on this cherished property.
