Little People, Big World: Who Will Take Over Roloff Farms When Matt Roloff Retires?

Isabel Roloff gave a cheeky answer when a fan asked her if she and her husband, Little People, Big World alum Jacob Roloff, would purchase half of Roloff Farms. It doesn’t look like farm life is for Isabel and Jacob Roloff after the response Isabel Roloff gave to one of her followers on social media.

Isabel Roloff has been spending a lot of time on the farm lately. In fact, she was one of the members of the Roloff family helping with pumpkin season for the month of October.

Isabel Roloff appeared in one of Roloff Farms‘ posts on their Instagram Feed, along with her mother-in-law, Amy Roloff, while wearing Roloff Farms aprons on the job.

Little People, Big World: Who Will Take Over Roloff Farms When Matt Roloff Retires?

Now that Matt Roloff is 60 and soon to be thinking about retirement, Little People, Big World fans have been wondering what the fate of Roloff Farms will be. So far, none of the Roloff children have chosen to move onto the farm after their mother, Amy Roloff, sold her share and moved into a new home with her husband Chris Marek.

Zach and Tori Roloff floated the idea of buying Amy Roloff ‘s share of the farm, but so far it hasn’t happened.

Jeremy and Audrey talked about trying to purchase the farm last May, but told their fans that it didn’t work out, and neither Jeremy nor Audrey addressed the particular reasons why they didn’t purchase the farm, leaving Little People, Big World fans puzzled. During an episode of their podcast, the couple alluded to the fact that there were too many unforeseen events that they weren’t aware of or were likely misled about, which ultimately led them to not purchase the farm.

Some fans speculate that Matt Roloff would only accept the full price and not discount the price just because they are a family. Another reason may have to do with the fact that Jeremy and Audrey moved away from filming in 2018, and living on the farm may have involved some rules to continue filming the show. Matt has expressed that his ultimate goal would be to see one of his and Amy’s older twin sons, Jeremy or Zach, living and running the farm.

Matt Roloff has begun the process of building his dream home on the farm, so it looks like he plans to stay at Roloff Farms, even after retirement.
