Little People, Big World Fans Express Concern Over Zach and Tori Roloff's Son's Bowed Legs

Zach and Tori Roloff, stars of the reality TV show Little People, Big World, recently posted photos of their son Jackson’s first birthday party on social media. While the family celebrated the milestone, many fans expressed concern over the five-year-old’s bowed legs.

Little People, Big World: Birthday Bash Theme

The Roloff family hosted a cowboy-themed birthday party for Josiah, Tori’s youngest child. Tori posted pictures of the event on Instagram, including one of Jackson in a cowboy T-shirt, sitting in a highchair surrounded by brown and cow print balloons. The family of five, including Lilah, 3, and Zach and Tori, also posed for a photo to commemorate the celebration.

Little People, Big World: Fans Express Concerns

Unfortunately, the photos raised alarm among many LPBW fans, with several commenting on Jackson’s noticeably bowed legs. Some asked about potential surgeries to correct the condition, while others recommended the Shriners in the area, an organization that offers free medical care to children with orthopedic conditions. A few fans even remarked on how uncomfortable it must be for Jackson to walk with increasingly arched legs.

Little People, Big World: Previous Surgery

Jackson’s bowed legs are due to a genetic condition, and he had surgery a year ago to help correct the issue. The procedure, which both parents admitted to being nervous about, appeared to be a success, and Tori later posted about a second surgery in December.

Tori shared that the second surgery was to help “correct the bowing” in Jackson’s legs. Despite the difficulties of watching her child go through surgery, she expressed pride in how brave and confident Jackson was throughout the process. She also mentioned that he had a stuffed animal with him throughout his hospital stay, and he ate more popsicles than ever before.
