My Big Fat Fabulous Life star Whitney Thore has shared her ups and downs with viewers season after season. And those ups and downs recently included Whitney Thore teaming up with Ryan.
As viewers of My Big Fat Fabulous Life may remember, Whitney Thore and Ryan Andreas did not originally meet at the business awards. Instead, they enjoyed a (well, sort of) blind date. But the meeting didn’t turn out to be heavenly with the ideas of a matchmaker. Instead, they seemed to find a common bond in their fitness-career goals.
So when MBFFL revealed that Whitney chose Ryan Andreas as her business partner, it seemed to be a win-win for both parties.
Whitney Thore knew she needed help expanding her training company, No BS Active. And Ryan Andreas seemed to have the fitness education and experience to work with Thore. But, as fans of MBFFL discovered, they were more at odds with each other’s goals than together. And those clashes eventually led to a goodbye to “No BS” teamwork!
My Big Fat Fabulous Life: What Really Went Wrong With Ryan Andreas And Whitney Way Thore’s Partnership?
In My Big Fat Fabulous Life and on social media, Whitney Thore has repeatedly stressed that she believes all body types can enjoy working out. With her mantra of “no body shame”, the founder of No BS Active therefore wanted to create a fitness company that would help different body shapes get in shape.
Ryan Andreas, however, disagreed. The fitness instructor tried to follow the traditional “get in shape and lose weight” philosophy when it came to workouts.
As a result, Whitney Thore and Ryan Andreas seemed unable to reach a compromise. The end of their joint business opened the door for Jessica Powell, Whitney’s own personal trainer. Jessica and Whitney continued with No BS Active.
