In the first season, viewers met Ashley Randall from Texas. At 24, he weighed 617 pounds. Despite not being the heaviest, Ashley faced rapid weight gain due to his age. Trauma played a role in his weight struggles, like others on the show.

Ashley Randall from “My 600-lb Life” hit 253 pounds on the show. She had weight-loss surgery for her legs later. Ashley came back on TLC’s “Where Are They Now?” episode. She wasn’t active in Dr. Now’s program for three years.
Her weight shot up to 312 pounds in that time. Dr. Now asked her to lose 30 pounds in two months. She managed to lose only two pounds. After rejoining Dr. Now’s program, she weighed 272 pounds.
Dr. Now urged her to drop below 200 pounds. Ashley’s current status post-2016 isn’t clear. Her Facebook page indicates she’s in Killeen, Texas. A photo from January 2020 shows her progress. Ashley still works towards her health goals.
