My 600-lb Life Star Isaac Martinez’s Inspiring Weight Loss Journey

Isaac Martinez, 26, from Hutchins, Texas, became famous on TLC’s My 600-lb Life. He weighed 661 pounds. Facing health issues and family duties, Isaac sought help. Renowned surgeon Dr. Nowzaradan guided Isaac to a healthier path.
