My 600-lb Life Star Lisa Fleming Has Died At The Age Of 50

In early November, the 10th season of TLC’s hit reality show My 600-lb Life began. More than 100 episodes have aired to date. Viewers have seen many patients. They have had incredible successes and heartbreaking struggles on their weight loss journey. The stakes are high as Dr Now’s patients featured in the series fight for their lives.

Some of the most amazing triumphs include Milla Clark, who was first introduced in season 4. Clark weighed over 750 pounds, with childhood trauma playing a role in her weight gain. To the delight of many viewers, she completely transformed herself, losing over 600 kilos and has maintained her weight ever since. Nikki Webster also lost almost 500 kilos in season 4. Like Clark, Webster has stayed on the programme and continues to lead an active lifestyle since her 2016 episode.

In August 2018, TMZ reported that Lisa Fleming had died at the age of 50 at her home in Texas. She was featured on episode 7 of season 6 of My 600-lb Life. The episode aired in February 2018 – just a few months before her death. At the beginning of the episode, viewers learned that she weighed over 700 pounds and was bedridden.

Lisa Fleming’s first name was Arleasher. She lived with her daughters Mica and Danielle Fleming and five grandchildren at the start of her weight loss. She shared in an on-camera interview that “it’s a struggle every day because my life is confined to this bed”.

The episode is about Lisa. It reveals that, like other Dr. Now patients, childhood trauma caused her overeating. In interviews, he reflected on his mother, who used food as both love and punishment. She also admitted that her overeating became more severe after the death of her parents. Fleming was also shown arguing with Dr. Now and nutritionist Jennifer Doctorovich in the season 6 episode.
