Anna Duggar and Austin Forsyth have maintained a good relationship with Jim Bob and Michelle. As a result, Anna Duggar and Austin have maintained their place on the guest list at the famous weekly family evenings of the Duggars. Joy-Anna even announced her recent and third pregnancy at a Duggar family reunion.
Joy-Anna may be close to the Duggars – but that’s clearly not the case for all her brothers and sisters. There has been talk of a rift between Jill Duggar and her parents for quite some time. And Jill’s husband, Derick Dillard, has come forward with some shocking truth bombs on the family.
According to Derick, Jill needs permission to come to Michelle and Jim-Bob’s house, too. She also claimed that Jim Bob is withholding all of the family’s money from Counting On, and that none of the money goes to any of the children.

Joy Anna Duggar and her husband have a rather large and consistent presence on their social media. Recently the Counting On couple paired up with Freedomists to do a special Q&A on YouTube.
The whole interview seemed pretty light, but Austin’s final comment made her head spin. In the end Austin talked about family and “unresolved conflicts”. He talked about it while discussing how they’re dealing with the coronavirus crisis.
Austin said, “Try to make the best of the situation. “Learn to get along with your families. Maybe there’s some unresolved conflict going on. Sit down and talk about it, and try to resolve the situation. I think that in difficult times, we can all learn from this, and we can all improve ourselves.
The comment remained outside because of its difference in tone compared to the rest of the interview. Ultimately the question that fans are discussing is whether Austin was making a general statement or speaking from experience.
Why is Jim Bob in control of the money made on the show Counting on? He and his wife are barely on it. The kids are grown so their portions should go straight to their families. Totally ridiculous. Shame on Jim Bob, what a ass..

Your children was the ones that made the show. Jim Bob has always hada need to be the dominant figure in the family, he acts as though he is Lord over his family and they should follow all his commands or suffer the consequences. He should be proud of his childrens accomplishments and give them their money.

TLC needs to have contracts with each of the families. There is a law protecting money that a child earns! It is set aside for that child and their parents are NOT allowed to use it! What their mom and dad have done is called theft!
After seeing some of the lessons from their home schooling they are in NO way prepared to get and hold down jobs that would allow them to have enough money to be able to support a family. Yes teach your children about God! It doesn’t matter if the girls aren’t allowed to wear pants. That they don’t believe in the “pill” or the use of condoms. People have long used the rhythm method to help reduce the chance of pregnancy. What matters is they are taught about God and his rules to be followed by man!
Some of the rules that they lived with was because; I feel; of what Josh did to his sisters. The not sitting on laps, side hugs, locks on doors etc.
One of the problems I have with a family of their size is the earth is over populated as it stands right now. It will run out of ways to sustain the number of people that are here now! The carbon footprints of raising a very large family is overwhelming. I feel a family this size should be raising; as much as they can; their own food. Garden! Have chickens and cows and goats etc. If you raise or produce more than you can use give it to your community. But they should be more self sufficient.
