Counting On: Derick Dillard Passes Arkansas Bar Exam

Years of hard work have paid off for Derick Dillard. The former “Counting On” star passed the Arkansas bar exam.

That’s right, almost a year after graduating from law school, Derick Dillard is licensed to practice. On Facebook, Duggar Family News: Life is not all pickles and hairspray shared the news with their followers.

Last fall, there was speculation that Derick Dillard had made the bar exam and failed. The couple didn’t talk about it then either.

Last spring, Derick graduated from law school and passed the bar exam. Because of his and Jill Duggar’s legal relationship, they have hinted that he went to law school to help people in the same situation as them.

Last autumn, Derick Dillard attended the trial of his nephew Josh Duggar. He wore a suit and tie and carried a briefcase. The former reality TV star listened to all the testimonies and was present when the verdict was read out.

There has been no official word yet from Jill Dillard or Derick Dillard . They are likely to give more details about their plans for the future when it arrives.

They are currently expecting their third child in July. They have another little boy on the way. There’s a lot going on in the Dillard household as the couple recently got over their battle with COVID-19. Jill and Derick were spotted at the shocking wedding of Jeremiah Duggar and Hannah Wissmann last weekend.

However, if Derick Dillard does become a lawyer, he will be one of the highest paid members of the family. Abbie Grace Burnett was a nurse before marrying John-David Duggar, but after the wedding she stopped working. The Duggar boys do repair work, pilot planes and work in their father’s businesses. The daughters don’t work, except for their online promotions and social influencer careers. Jeremy Vuolo, Jinger Duggar’s husband, is studying at seminary to become a pastor.
