General Hospital spoilers and updates hint that Dr Hamilton Finn is trying to find out who is the right woman for him. Dr. Hamilton Finn has been in a relationship with Anna Devane. Finn thought that he and Anna Devane would get married, but it didn’t happen.

Dr. Hamilton Finn and Anna Devane broke up because Anna Devane kept secrets about her and her nephew Peter August. Finn found solace in his friendship with Elizabeth Webber Baldwin. Dr. Hamilton Finn still feels a strong bond with Anna, but wants to find out if he can have a relationship with Liz.

Liz has helped Finn with many of the problems he has had. Dr. Hamilton had to find a way to save his brother Harrison Chase after Peter accidentally poisoned him. Liz helped Finn figure out how to save Chase. Finn and Peter fought over Chase, leading Dr. Hamilton to believe that he had killed Peter. Liz helped Dr. Hamilton stay out of trouble with the law until they found out Peter was alive. Finn helped Liz stop Peter from being killed because he had fatally shot her husband Franco Baldwin. Liz has been trying to decide whether she wants to move on with Finn or whether she is not ready for a new relationship. Finn is willing to give Liz time to decide.

Finn has feelings for Anna Devane. In the past, Anna helped Finn overcome the loss of Hayden Barnes. Anna was worried about Finn when she found out he almost killed Peter. Anna was willing to try to help Finn to stay out of the law.

Anna Devane has a close relationship with Finn’s daughter Violet Finn. Violet still enjoys spending time with Anna. Violet may want to spend time with Anna during the holidays. Finn may feel that he still wants to be with Anna. Finn knows that Anna may have moved on from him to Valentin Cassadine. Finn may have to decide whether to try to win Anna back before he commits to Valentin.
